Likely topics span the thirteen domains and the questions around them: making schedules and forecasts more credible, reading earned value well, managing risk and change, and — running through all of it — how to use AI tools without surrendering judgement or accountability. Sessions aimed at certification candidates will help with preparation specifically.

How to get more from an hour online
A webinar repays a little preparation. Watched passively it is an hour of someone else's slides; treated as working time it can change what you do the next morning.
Before
Skim the related guide so the session builds on a baseline rather than establishing one, and bring a live problem — a forecast, schedule or report you are actually wrestling with. Questions grounded in real work get the most useful answers.
During
Take notes on methods and decision points rather than transcribing slides — materials usually go to registrants anyway. The note worth keeping is the one that says what you would now do differently on your own project.
After

Can a recorded session count toward CPD?
Yes, where watching it genuinely develops your practice rather than repeating what you already know. Keep the viewing or registration record and a short note of what you took from it, then claim through the CPD submission route.
What evidence should I keep?
The registration or attendance confirmation, your working notes, and a brief reflection on what changed in your practice afterwards. Qualitative evidence like this is easier to defend at review than a bare list of session titles.

What to expect from a PCI session
Sessions are working sessions, not product theatre: a practitioner problem, the method, the failure modes, and questions taken honestly — including "we don’t know yet", which you will hear when it is true. Recordings and materials go to registrants; capacity is managed so discussion stays possible.
