What helps us help you
Response times. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Enrolment, payment and access issues are prioritised; include your PCI reference (from any email we have sent you) and the address you enrolled with, and we can usually resolve on first reply.
Routing. Exam accommodations → the accommodation form. Ethics concerns → the confidential ethics report. Appeals and complaints → their respective policies. Cohorts of five or more → corporate programmes, which carry preferential pricing.
What we will never ask for. Your password, full card number, or payment by transfer to an individual. If a message claiming to be PCI does, it is not from us — forward it to us and delete it.
Get a useful answer, faster
Many questions are already answered publicly — and a well-aimed message gets answered sooner. Two minutes of preparation usually saves days of back-and-forth.
Check the FAQ first
The FAQ covers the most common questions about eligibility, exams, membership and PCI's current status — often in more detail than an email reply can.
Policy questions
If your question is about how something is governed — appeals, refunds, proctoring, CPD — the answer usually lives in the policy library, and citing the policy helps us help you.
Include the essentials
Your name, the email you enrolled with, your candidate or member reference if you have one, and the page or policy your question concerns. One question per thread keeps answers quick.
How your message is handled
Messages are routed to the right team based on the address you use, and acknowledged promptly. Straightforward questions get a direct answer. Anything touching certification decisions, conduct or personal data is handled under the relevant policy rather than settled informally by email — that protects you as much as it protects the process, because it creates a record and a right of review.
Formal matters have formal routes. A complaint or an appeal should be raised through its dedicated process rather than a general enquiry, so it is tracked, time-bound and handled by people with the authority to resolve it. If you start with an email, we will point you to the right route rather than letting your issue drift in an inbox. And if you are simply exploring — comparing credentials, weighing membership — say so; you will get an honest orientation, not a sales reply.
Keep going
Writing to be answered
The replies that resolve in one round-trip share a shape: your reference (from any PCI email), the enrolment email address, one paragraph of facts in time order, and the outcome you need. Screenshots beat descriptions of screenshots.
If it is urgent because an exam sitting is imminent, say so in the first line with the sitting date — timing changes how we queue it.
