What happens next

After you submit

You will receive an acknowledgement with a reference immediately, and a considered reply within 1–2 business days — not a drip campaign. Meanwhile the fastest answers live in the FAQ, the guidelines & downloads area and the Body of Knowledge.

If your question is really an employer question — enrolling a team, invoicing, a dedicated organisation code — go straight to corporate programmes and say roughly how many learners; it saves a round-trip.

Prepare your enquiry

What to include, by enquiry type

A specific enquiry gets a specific answer. Before you write, gather the two or three facts that let the right team respond in one message rather than three. What those facts are depends on who is asking.

Certification candidates

Say where you are in the journey — exploring, ready to apply, or already preparing. Mention your current role, how your experience reads against the eligibility requirements, and the decision you are actually weighing: whether to apply now, when to sit the exam, or which study route suits you.

Employers and agencies

Cover the practical anchors: roughly how many people you want to develop, the roles they hold, the capability gap you are addressing, and any budget-cycle or mobilisation timing that shapes the decision. That detail lets us reply with a workable outline rather than general material.

Universities and educators

Tell us about the programme you run, the level of your students, and whether your interest is curriculum alignment, a student pathway to the credential, or both. Skimming university partnerships first will sharpen the questions worth asking.

Before you ask

Enquiries, obligations and eligibility

Two things people often want settled before they press send: whether an enquiry creates any obligation, and how far we can go on eligibility questions. Both have straightforward answers.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?

No. An enquiry does not create an account, start an application or add you to a marketing list. The newsletter is a separate, explicit opt-in. If you later decide to proceed, enrolment is its own step with its own confirmation.

Can you confirm my eligibility before I apply?

We can offer informal guidance on how your background reads against the published criteria, which is often enough to decide whether to apply. A formal eligibility decision is only made when you submit an application with evidence — so treat pre-application guidance as direction, not a ruling.

What if my question spans several teams?

Send it once. We route enquiries internally, so a question touching certification, membership and a corporate arrangement still gets one joined-up reply. Splitting it into separate messages usually slows things down rather than speeding them up.

Choosing well

Which route fits your question

Fast self-service usually wins: pricing and inclusions live on the product pages, process detail in the guidelines library, the standard itself in the Body of Knowledge. Use this form when your question is genuinely particular — recognition of unusual experience, timing constraints, or which route fits a career already in motion.

One good paragraph of context beats ten adjectives: role, years, sector, and what you are trying to decide. That is what lets a reply be an answer rather than a brochure.
