Your first week with PCI
Your access email contains a secure setup link — start there. Once your account is live, three things are worth doing in the first week:
- Read the candidate handbook — it explains the rules and processes everything else assumes;
- Self-assess against the Body of Knowledge domains to see where your preparation should concentrate;
- Set a study rhythm early — steady preparation beats a late sprint every time.
If something isn't right
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam and promotions folders, and confirm the address you registered with. If the setup link has expired by the time you use it, request a fresh one from the login page. For a payment concern — an unexpected amount, a duplicate charge, or a purchase made in error — contact support quoting the payment reference shown above; the refund policy sets out what can be returned and how. And note the point above: payment activates access, but certification is only ever earned through assessment under PCI's policies.
