Payment could not be completed
Your enrolment has not been activated because the payment was not completed. You may retry payment or contact support if you believe this is an error.
Common reasons a payment fails
Most failed payments have mundane causes, and most succeed on a second, corrected attempt:
- The card was declined by the issuing bank — often a limit, an expired card, or a mistyped number or security code.
- A verification step (such as 3-D Secure) was not completed before the session moved on.
- The bank blocked an unfamiliar or cross-border payment as a precaution — a quick call to the bank usually clears this.
- The checkout session timed out before the payment was confirmed.
Before you retry
If your bank shows no charge, simply retry — your enrolment details are saved, and no account is activated until a payment completes, so there is no risk of a half-created membership. If your bank does show a charge but you are seeing this page, do not retry: contact support with the payment reference from your bank statement, and the payment will be traced and either applied to your enrolment or returned under the refund policy. Duplicate charges are rare, and the reference number is what makes them quick to resolve.
