Reset your password
Enter the email associated with your account and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.
For security, we do not reveal whether an email is registered. If your address is on file, you’ll receive a reset link once account access is enabled.
If the reset email does not arrive
Reset links usually arrive within a few minutes. If yours has not, work down this list before trying again:
- Check spam and junk folders — automated mail is sometimes filtered on first contact.
- Make sure you entered the address you registered with; a work address and a personal one are easy to swap.
- Note that account access is being enabled as the platform rolls out — if access has not yet been switched on for your account, no email will arrive, and that is expected.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting a second link; the newest link is the one that works.
Still nothing? Contact support with the address you used and we will investigate.
When the link arrives
The link takes you to the reset page, where you choose a new password — make it long, unique to PCI, and ideally generated by a password manager. Two habits keep the account safe afterwards: PCI will never ask for your password by email, so treat any message that does as fraudulent; and if you did not request the reset, simply ignore the email — your password stays unchanged and you can continue to log in as normal.
